I helped a small business move to a fully self-service model by building an app that connects their booking system to a smart lock on their premises. When a customer books, the system automatically generates a time-limited access code for the door and emails it ahead of their appointment. The result: longer operating hours, more booking capacity, and no staff needed on-site to let customers in — all for ~£5/month.

Most businesses still create standard operating procedures in Word or Excel — formatting is inconsistent, version control is manual, and getting approvals means chasing people over email. Worse, the people who know the job best often aren't the ones writing the SOPs, because the software gets in their way.
I built a user-friendly mobile app that lets teams create SOPs at the point of use, with AI-assisted drafting, built-in approval workflows, automatic version control, and one-tap PDF export in a standardised layout.

A fun personal project built around Christmas — a web app that lets you upload a photo, pick your favourite Christmas movie, and get a custom poster starring yourself, generated by AI in real time. It got a lot of traction while it was live, with users sharing their generated posters across LinkedIn and social media.

Every month, data from 72 global sites had to be validated before feeding into audited investor reports for a publicly traded company. The process was entirely manual — exporting, cross-checking, and chasing corrections — taking around two days each cycle.
I built a desktop app that pulls the data, runs all validations automatically, and generates a formatted report of flagged issues. What took two days now takes minutes, and can be repeated as often as needed with zero extra effort.
